How It Works
The first-ever 48-team World Cup introduces a new tournament format.
Group Stage
12 groups of 4 teams. Each team plays 3 matches. Top 2 from each group advance, plus the 8 best third-placed teams.
Round of 32
32 teams in single-elimination knockout matches. Group winners face runners-up and third-place qualifiers.
Knockout to Final
Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semi-Finals, and the Final at MetLife Stadium on July 19.

Official ticket prices for the 2026 FIFA World Cup range from $60 for group stage to $6,730 for the Final. Last-Minute Sales open April 2, 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.
